JRAD is more than enough Dead music to satisfy me in this context. At this point I'd just as soon see them than almost and band with a Dead member. My only regret is that it's latenight. I have a poor track record with latenight.
MMJ certainly ain't bad, either. Not my favorite thing, but not hard on my ear. Between them, Phish and Ween I wouldn't mind at all if they invite Lips, Modest Mouse and something with Claypool and just get WEIRD.
Sure to be a minority opinion, that.

Yes plenty of rumors out there. Check the speculation thread. Ticket prices started at $250 for general admission last year.

Someone posted on the Book of Face that they got an email stating that Lumni pricing would be offered again if you have confirmation of your tix from last year. If it's on the internet it must be true, right?

At the very least, based on past years, this is only about 1/2 the lineup

I was out of the live music scene/off the bus for many years. So glad I came back to it, first partially and then in full, but it has left some pretty big gaps in my knowledge. I am definitely more than open to new artists and it is one of the good things about festivals. I had never heard of St. Paul and the Broken Bones before last year's Lockn. Every festival lineup also includes people I just don't care for that much, and that is OK as well.
I'll be there with frikkin' bells on, ready to dance.

Don't let their early stuff, or throwaway tracks that ended up the MTV fool ya. Start with Quebec. It's their second to last studio album, I believe, but it's very accessible. Work your way backward from there.
They have no genre, unless it's every genre. Once they decided to make a country & western album just for fun, and it's some of the best (and most hilarious) country I've heard.
