Were getting Todd Rundgren as part of Ringo Starr's all star band on June 21st. I'd go just for Todd. It's in a small outdoor theater in the park. We don't always get much good shows around here in Fort Wayne, IN so I'm planning to be there.

Front row for Todd Rundgren! Just...WOW, what a show. Great little venue and we were seated next to the Mayor of Rocky Mount, VA. Now you know you have arrived when you sit next to the mayor of Rocky Mount (<sarcasm off>/). His voice sounded great. He was energetic and dancing and jumping and singing. Played everything I wanted to hear and some I was not familiar with. It takes a lot to get me to a show on a school night anymore but damn this one was worth it.
I don't wanna work I just want to bang on the drum all day...

How long does it take for you to get to Rocky Mount? Harvester has a lot of good shows but it is a haul for me.

It is about 90 minutes from Lynchburg. Last night was rainy and foggy so the drive sucked but I will definitely be back, great venue. General admission seating, great acoustics, nice staff. They scan your ticket and give you a wrist band for alcohol while you are in line. Very efficient entry process.How long does it take for you to get to Rocky Mount? Harvester has a lot of good shows but it is a haul for me.

I actually work with the mayor. He is a great guy and a huge music lover. I will pass on how impressed you were with his stature in the community:).He was very instrumental in getting the Harvester in Rocky Mount. It is run by the town, what a cool investment for a town to make. Front row for Todd Rundgren! Just...WOW, what a show. Great little venue and we were seated next to the Mayor of Rocky Mount, VA. Mayor Steve was cool. He really did enjoy the show and was very kind to us. Thanked us for coming and said that he looked forward to our return.
