They do reply to emails, even if it takes a few days. I emailed them Monday afternoon about a wallet we thought was missing (turns out it was just buried in the car), and even though I sent a follow-up saying we found it, I got a response last night at 10PM saying that they didn't find it.

I found a phone on concert field. what night and kind,color, case or no case, if it sounds legit i will get back to u. really want to get it back to owner. phone is dead so i can't even turn it on.

My friend lost his wallet in the entry field. They found it and are mailing it to him. I'm so impressed with the how much they must have searched the whole place. We were sure it must have been run over 100 times and was forever lost in the ground.
My friend lost her shoes on the show field but we're pretty sure someone picked them up. We searched our area for a good while with flashlights and asked all of our neighbors, but no one noticed or saw them

When I arrived at Lockn this year the grass was very wet. Having gotten blisters from walking around in wet sandals last year, I decided to immediately take my sandals off. Set up tent...where are my sandals? Yup, lost all festival, but they show up on Monday when we take our tent down. I walked around all weekend in one of our site-mates flip-flops. I knew they were there all along.

Keep fast use social Media with some hash tag (ex. #lost #lostphone #lostbicycle #lostproperty) and also target your local city or area with hash tag in your post. It's helpful for local people and local search.
