I had dinner tonight with a young and upcoming musician. He has an agent out of Nashville. He was telling us about the business side and he said Lockn absolutely has a vicinity clause in its contracts for major acts. He said it is fairly large and makes many promoters unhappy but they pay so well the artists agree to the contract.
