The meet & greet IS the beer exchange. It will be in ADA RV on Friday. The exact time has not been decided on because we are waiting for the schedule to come out .

That's fine by me I just didn't see where anyone had taken a vote or anything. If were going to do this someone might wanna make a new thread once the official schedule comes out naming it: Official 2017 Lock'n Beer swap sign up's. Meeting said day in ADA RV at the front right corner by said fence/tree @ approximately 2:30 pm.

Participants info to sign up: Name of participant, types of beers your bringing and how many of each kind, etc...this way if 10 people sign up for the beer swap I can bring 10 beers of which kinds I wanna swap. 2 kinds of beer 10 beers each etc....

Can we also get the thread pinned to the top for easy access.

I haven't been to one yet but my husband has and the way he describes it, it's much more casual than that. Everyone brings a few beers (usually local to them) maybe up to about a six pack or whatever you decide you want to give up and participants either take what they want to try there or take with them what they want to try later from the lot. Some may take more or maybe less than they bring - no one is keeping tabs but everyone is considerate of one another. It's more about the experience of meeting up and getting to know others over beer while you get to try some you may have never tried before.
