Canned Craft Beer Exchange!

One aspect that got the process going was introducing beers from other parts of the country. Since my favorite beer made in myhomeinnorfolkvirginia is not canned, I usually bring another Norfolk brew, or something regional--I like to bring something from that part of Virginia.

But certainly good beers from anywhere are welcomed and appreciated. Blue Mountain, right up the road, has a Steel Wheels ESB that I think is of outstanding character. I also like Starr Hill's products but don't bring them since they are sold onsite.

Thus the tasting cups came about so a person didn't have to "try" a whole can at the expense of others.

So far no one has dumped out some Milwaukee Beast and schlepped off with the rare Belgians!

It's one thing to joke about $20 ebay Russian mail order brides on nitrous sofas but you have gone beyond the pale with your spurious comments regarding rare Belgians.

I think snyooterdyck (definitely messed the spelling up) brought the heady topper.

I could be wrong but that was my first and i tried to remember who brought em.

I will probably bring the same two I have brought in years past from wolf hills. Still the only local brew I can find in cans.

I figure there are a couple people from NC who will bring the same stuff that I would. So I snagged some when I was in MS that probably won't make it otherwise.

Nice yeah I grabbed some from a brewery in the outer banks. If I get time I might try and get some from Wilmington Brewing Company canned.
