Welcome to the Lockn' Forum - The home of the original Lockn' Music Festival family!
6/17/2011 Charlotte. And this is the Icculus I was referring to a few posts earlier when I said I needed another one in my life. That jam between Rock and Roll and Ghost is fantastic. Great show indeed. 3/1/03 in Greensboro is one of my faves as well. Set 1: Chalk Dust Torture, The Moma Dance, Foam, Lawn Boy, Character Zero > Divided Sky, Mountains in the Mist, Waves > Sample in a Jar Stoutmonster, get the feeling you might be from NC. Please note: This forum is in no way officially associated with Lockn' Festival or its promoters.

Yeah, that was not a 'festival Phish show' ...that was a Phish show. So glad they decided not to just dial in.
Some rust being knocked off early, but a very solid show. Last night's Feugo changed my mind about that song...Ghost was amazing, great Gin.
I now have really high expectations for Sunday and I'm ok with that.

Also, just warning everybody, I've been cursed as the harbinger of Backwards Down the Number Line. If I'm at a Phish run, they will play it. I'm sorry.
I still danced my ass off.

I hear ya. I'm just butthurt that another band, justifiably, upstaged my boys and I'd like to think they have to respond.
Rock and Roll would put me over the moon.

We all had a really good time. We all enjoyed it. We all appreciated the musicianship and the energy. I don't think any of us are going to start following Phish around, but some of us said we might buy tickets to go to a show in the right circumstances.
Just a post for perspective...was never a hater

I was absolutely not going to miss Phil and friends, and I am in no way an old-head (saw them twice with Jerry) but it pains me to say, Phil just doesn't have it anymore. He can't bring any energy to the group. I personally appreciate how immersive Phish is.
Turkwaz blew my mind though

Doubt it. Thinking it's not going thru their pipeline therefore not as accessible; however, will be every bit as available as most of the fest's sets. Archive already has some and it's only a matter of time before one of our own w/ actual tech savvy (as opposed to me) will post links.
