Brent wove that into several songs quite successfully in the later years. It would be a fitting difference

NOLA stuff but is extremely versatile. Think of all the great sit-ins with him.
Toss in the Subdudes (are they still around?) for newer stuff then of course Little Feat-they jam jam jam live.
Moving away from creole:
Bruce Hornsby and the Infamous String Dusters would be a good platform for the contemporay bluegrass sound bridging over to organic
jams. I thought about him sitting in with WSP but don't think he'd share well. But he could keyboard for a Dead
reconstruction (Lesh or Kreutzman).
If John Mayall still has it going on, put him up there with WSP; we saw how WSP does the Brit Blues reverb well.
How about Krause/Plant as well? Maybe put Steve Earle in there? John Prine for a low-energy set?
Dark Star Orchestra all day every day. Furthur as long as they agree to replace Weir rather than cancel when he falls out. When.
Krieger/Manzarak for a walk back in time. even though it's short songs, not jams.
New Riders of the Purple Sage would make for a pleasant afternoon, as would Marshall Tucker (who also jams well--remember "Where We All
Belong"?).
I know I'm alone here on this one, but I love Warren Haynes but not Gov't Mule. Rather have him with the other projects and leave the
Mule in the barn.
And a reconstruction of The Band in some form would fit into the jams well.
Robert Earl Keen and Robert Randolph, well that just goes without saying. As does repeating the best acts of 2014: Grace Potter, Drive
By Truckers and TBB. Replace Willie with Marty Stuart (new double CD coming out any time now) or Merle Haggard.
War for a fun filler.
I have dozens of others I'd personally like to see but am trying to fit the feel of this year's list.

Wow. For once, I agree with CriticalBill. That was pretty amazing.
I've been wondering for years why more acoustic acts don't have accordion...

Yeah, and pretty much all The Band's dead except for Robbie, who won't play with/as them.

Oops my bad. Can't keep track of who's dead any more. I saw Krieger/Manzarak a few years ago and it was fun, but a little uneven.
Krieger also played with our symphony; I didn't see it but it's an interesting concept.

Blasphemy indeed. I hope this is the last time he is ever mentioned on this forum.
2015 is all about My Morning Jacket.
(And Jack White, if he's touring)
