thanks for letting me know; would the issue be resolved if I saved the image to my computer then attached it instead of inserting it?

It would, but it will only display a small thumbnail. Again, bandwidth. We only get so much for free.

To sum up: hotlinking costs the website you got the image from, attaching costs Proboards; so they limit it. If we ever start hosting the site ourselves, attaching will cost us. Image hosting sites exist largely for this reason. They pay for their hosting with advertising (so does proboards, but it only goes so far), and when you link to the image on there, it's hosted there.

Could be worse, a lot of fora don't even allow you to upload your avatar; it also has to be hosted free. We may have to go to that in the future, if we break off from the free version of Proboards.

I've only dated Molly once, and ran straight back into Lucy's embrace. I just didn't connect with her on a soul to soul level like I do with Lucy.

I sure hope that I am not linking this wrong, but I got a friggin image up finally yesterday and it worked again today. Thank you to all the people who helped me over the last year and especially recently. I'll bet I have tried a hundred times for at least an hour each time so this was a big deal for me.
