Written by Lennon-McCartney.  Recorded in October 17, 1963 and just written the night before.   First use of four-track recording.
17 takes for English version and 11 takes for German version.

This Boy (side B)

One of only a few Beatles songs written to be sung as a vocal trio.

It Won’t Be Long

After several 45s released comes The Beatles 2nd LP - With The Beatles.  

The LP opens with a Lennon-McCartney written, John on lead vocals track.  If you thought there were a lot of “yeah”s on She Loves You, this track logs in a total of 55 “yeah”s.

Recorded July 30, 1963 in 23 takes.
