Yeah I think it is only offsite. According to their site they have some with hookups ($$$) and some without ($$).I believe it is all off site and primitive.

Twice, and going back this year. Small, clean, good music (overlap with Lockn (Gary Clark Grace Potter etc). Beautiful setting on top of a mountain right next to Blue Ridge Parkway.Has anyone been to this little fest before?
we go in an Rv. 30 amp but no water or sewer, like Lockn.
