Asking for a refund?

Are 'lumni tix transferable.....in other words, is the original purchaser required to claim the wristbands at the gate with 'lumni tix? Seems to me that someone alluded to that here somewhere, but my brain's getting a little mushy researching this fest here and other places over the last couple of weeks.....
