Wow thanks for that information. We have 'lumni tickets and were thinking we would have to cancel and ask for a refund - the wife has pulmonary fibrosis and cannot deal with the hills. We were also looking at ADA car camping as a possibility, but that would mean tents to buy and more equipment to get (since there's no electric in the car camping).Sooooo.... I was online to buy my ADA RV pass at noon on Friday and it said sold out (apparently it was winking in and out). I called and was told to just buy a regular pass and write the ADA Email to have it changed, that it wasn't sold out, there was a glitch in the system. In the meantime, Jay spoke to someone directly and they sold him an ADA RV pass over the phone. Now we have 2 except no one from ADA ever responded to my Email. I called again and was told my hold time would be at least 45 minutes... I finally got an Email in response to my query saying "We're really busy, it will take us 2 weeks to respond. If you need help before then, please write again..." So now we have 2. Well, one regular RV one ADA... Not sure if I'm going to whine to my credit card or just miracle the regular spot closer to festie time. I'm just sick of the run around...
We've been emailing with no responses at all.
It was crazy last year. Every year they say they've oversold ADA, and try to squeeze us tighter - including last year and they never even filled the area!
The only complaint the wife had last year was that all the porta potties were up a steep hill from the RV area (but we brought our bucket, so that's okay), and all the water stations were inside the VIP fence. Luckily we were so close to the venue we could go inside to the water station there.
Oh, and the folks they have staffed for the ADA areas are super helpful and really nice. There is a wait for a ride, but last year we were so close (and all flat ground) she never used them. In 2014 we were further away, so she missed out on some stuff. The good about 2014 is we were right next to the late-night stage and she had a super good time there!

Yea we just called and they said they've been sold out for a couple of days now.There's a guy saying ADA RV is sold out over here:

I cannot believe the ada all sold out so fast this year. And it sucks I think its too late for the Lumni refund. This is deeply disappointing.

Even though the refund deadline has past I would still contact them if you desire a refund. L1 I received a refund after the Neil canceled deadline. It was work related not Neil related. I called and they said send the ticket back and get a full refund, fees included. You could also post it for sale on the board. I tried everything to cancel the regular RV Pass (which the ticket people told me to buy then call to switch to ADA, but no one answered my Emails or I was on hold indefinitely then disconnected.). So again I wrote to Lockn along with my Email from 12:10 saying I did what they told me to do, could someone please help with an ADA pass since they have already sold out ( and I was online at noon). .. I got a response today saying give it a few days and we will get back to you.... I have a feeling I won't get a refund, but will probably be able to squeeze into ADA. Still leaves me with 2 RV sites. Does anyone need an ADA pass?
