When sneake says report it (and it's his fault for not being clear), he means using the report function in the site software. On each offending post, click the little icon of a gear and select report post. The site will pop up a dialog asking why and you can just type "spam" or something in there.
Of course if you're having fun posting on this thread by all means continue, but sneake and Dylan won't know about it any sooner than they would have otherwise.

there's one member here, legit, from Indonesia so maybe his being registered triggers the spammers. I'd think they register by bot and this isn't an individual effort. I wonder where else they post.

i think this is a good idea. choose a common word(s) in their language that have no English equivalent. I see "di", "obat" and "anda" a lot. Basically block out their words for the, and, but.I keep asking about a common word block. remember when they blocked 'porn" so spam came for "pron" or p*rn"? It appears that Proboards, for whatever reason, only has two settings: open posting, or registration just to even view the forum. I have never seen forum software that didn't let you view without registration before, but that seems to be the case.just require registration. I know the mods don't want to, but at this point the boards are becoming completely unusable.
Blocking terms won't block the post; it will just redact the words themselves (it's really an anti-cursing strategy). There may be some kind of plugin that would handle this that Dylan or sneake has yet to discover - I don't know.
