Seriously, I dunno if going all in for Phish was the right call. Peach's lineup is bangin!

I am, but I miss the old Lockn. There's plenty to be said for this Lockn, but I'm not good with too much change.

Have a cold one, open your mind, enjoy the undercard, which is almost always the best part. The headliners we've already heard 50 million times and know the lyrics by heart. Nostalgia soothes, change stimulates.

Also going all in on phish was totes the right move - even though I think I may be most excited for the two late night JRAD shows

I get frustrated at being forced on a sloped lawn when the music is being played under a tent...it can really kill the sound and visual experience if not engineered correctly (though it looks like they have flying speakers at the edge of the tent for the poor folks to hear). For those that have attended, how important is it to have tickets that allow you in the tent area? How is the sound on the lawn? Worth twice to price to move up?

IMO it is not important to have tickets for the tent area...that additional fee gets you in the first 10 or so rows, even heard that doesn't guarantee you a spot up close...plenty of seats under the tent...most peeps like listening on the hill...never had an issue finding seats for 5 the entire weekend with basically the same lineup (2014 Peach I attended).
we've got camping passes for Peach already...I'm a tag-along that just needs a ticket and try to eat the food at the food vendors just off to the side of the mushroom stage in the first and flatest camping area...and there should be a beer truck with $6 beers for sale on that side too
