Regarding every festival ever: someone is always unhappy with the lineup.

Have a cold one, open your mind, enjoy the undercard, which is almost always the best part. The headliners we've already heard 50 million times and know the lyrics by heart. Nostalgia soothes, change stimulates.

Once I got down to accessing the "Fancier Area" the 100 Level of the main stage, I found it was basically the same price (including my Forrest Camping pass to Lockn') - especially since camping is per person too instead of per site. 

I get frustrated at being forced on a sloped lawn when the music is being played under a tent...it can really kill the sound and visual experience if not engineered correctly (though it looks like they have flying speakers at the edge of the tent for the poor folks to hear). For those that have attended, how important is it to have tickets that allow you in the tent area? How is the sound on the lawn? Worth twice to price to move up? 

Nice, was under the impression the tent was blocked off...makes this more feasible as a $160 GA festival.
