Yes. The Unicode for latin capital letter h with circumflex decimal=292. 

I was worried it might be political/religious and a moderator was going to need to remove it (like they might this post).

Instead of "I'm with Her H->".....you were perhaps referencing support some deity in the sky "I'm with Him Ĥ"....***

My work here is done...

Sometimes I like for you guys to have to do a little detective work if you don't know the answer. In this case I typed 292 into the Wolfram Alpha Computational Knowledge Engine and found that 292 was the character code for the Latin capital letter h with circumflex. I then copied the image of that letter into my first post today.

Now if you copied this image Ĥ into google and then went to the first Wikipedia page and looked halfway down you would have found that the Unicode decimal for this letter was 292. Easy right! 

Then mccjeff chose to have a little fun and found out the the Pantone number for Baby blue was 292 (today's number) and substituted this into a Bob Dylan song thus completing a clever play that included numbers, colors and songs ("It's All Over Baby Blue").

See clear as mud...

There are many different color books or numbering systems, Pantone is just one of them. The same color such as baby blue will have different numbers based on different systems. 292 is the Pantone number for baby blue. There is also RAL, RGB, color hex, etc. 

RGB 105, 179, 231 and color hex #69b3e7 are the same color, baby blue. CMYK or Cyan Magenta Yellow and Key values of 59, 11, 0, 0 is also the same. Printers uses this system where commercial painters of industrial equipment prefer Pantone or RAL.
