Even easier than on the stove to start a grease fire too. I used to have to handle baking sheets full of bacon/sausage grease working in restaurants - I dunno if I wanna at home.
I endorse chaos bacon for field conditions. At home, I prefer a cookie sheet and a 350°F oven. Crispy strips with no shrinkage.
I used to do this, but you can only fit so much and it takes awhile.

I agree the baking sheets scare me, moving them around with hot grease. I have pans that drain but then there's twice as much to wash. Even easier than on the stove to start a grease fire too. A flat skillet on a gas stove is risky, too. I have an old square cast iron skillet that has been in the family that's great for bacon--and does four grilled cheeses at a time.

base is like a honey mustard, which is generally not my favorite, but it has a lot of other flavors including some heat and savory spices like the commercial "poultry spice" (which BTW is great on pork chops). Good on fried chickenCool. What's it taste like?

I lost my big rosemary bush but have started anew. Love that stuff. I have some rosemary bitters, and a great whiskey sour recipe is rosemary, maple syrup and lemon juice + whiskey. Rosemary stem skewers for grilled lamb.

This beer from California is a blackened rye and dam good. Similar to my now lost great dismal black ipa and on worf's advice back in black. Dark, not sweet, heavy. Plus with a name like wooky once it knows where you live....

Ever try Dogfish Head's India Brown Ale?This beer from California is a blackened rye and dam good. Similar to my now lost great dismal black ipa and on worf's advice back in black. Dark, not sweet, heavy. Plus with a name like wooky once it knows where you live....
