I was thinking the same thing it's gonna waste 30 min to run back to camp and grab brews when we could already have them there. If someone wants I have an extra longer red cooler I can load up with Ice late Wednesday night and drop off there sometime Thursday if needed. Will have to find a way to put some wheels on it but we'll make it happen! It can hold plenty of brews..

Another option, depending on Andie's schedule, would be to start after MKB and run for a couple of hours. If you want to see Tauk great. If not roll over to the m&g. If you want to see Sinkane, go for it. Just a thought...

VIP may still have the same problem with having to pass thru the show field to get to ADA. Not sure.

I have an extra cooler I will fill with ice. We might need another one though depending on the number of folks coming for the beer exchange. Maybe we need a thread to get an idea of how many? The M & G can take place any time after MKB. Mobility is an issue for real this year for me, so I'll be hanging out at camp a little more this year I think...

I just bring more than I know I will drink, drink what I feel like, wander off leaving excess beer as a tip for the host. 

It's really more of a share than a swap; we drink most of it and some people bring a few home, typically less than they brought.
Beers are set out for tasting, too.
Roughly one would take home a number equal to what he brought minus what he drank there, but math is hard.
It's very casual.

Be prepared, however, to give a presentation of why your contributed beer is special.

For the coming and going and toting let me suggest this: Show up with a bag or small cooler (cooler bag?) with your name on it, even stash it at the site before MK. Enjoy the meet-up. Go see a band and leave your bag/cooler there; pick it up later.

I feel like if they are stuffed under the RV they will be safe from pilfering.

I'm flying in so will be buying beer locally, therefore won't really have anything special to trade, but I'd love to come and meet everyone!

But driving in, stop anywhere; that part of Virginia is full of local craft beers. If your schedule allows, swing by one of the breweries. Blue Mountain is good and close.
