In this electronic world, it's not my fault someone alludes to a point that can, and in fact did, get interpreted the wrong way.
And I don't think the contestants get to choose their judges.

might want to rethink your marketing there
I've been working on some grilled cheese sammies and some ruben/hot pastramis that will give you a run for your money. You better be on your game...My new Festy mission: to convice you that eating is fun. MRE's are no competition to my grilled cheese or my breakfast Monte Cristo sandwiches.

Actually no. This is Festy food wars as I am unable to attend Lockn' due to that pesky day job of mine and the incredibly inconvenient August dates of Lockn. So if you want to judge this grilled cheese cook-off, you must attend The Festy Experience. Got that, mccjeff ?Lockn' Food Wars! Love it!

I love how quickly this progressed to a "grilled cheese cook off" with judges LOLOL...Actually no. Saw that and thought the same. I had a close encounter with hot pastrami runs the other day. It had more to do with the abuse of the previous evening than the hot pastrami, which was delicious. Our first Lockn' we just assumed there would be plenty of food vendors available, so we didn't prepare any meals. But camped out on the far side of RV ridge with all the food vendors a long trek away, getting a meal was difficult.
Luckily we had some packets of 20-year meals, designed for preppers, stashed in the camper. Just heat some water in a pot and pour in the goodies. Turned out surprisingly good!
The Cheesy Stroganoff was the definitive favorite.

Real food, even real cheese. I said 20 years, actually lasts 25!
Vegetarian too! Always a few packets in the camper. For emergencies! (Like, it's hot as crap and it takes forever to walk down the hill and around the track to get to the food vendors).
