I was going to add some items to the checklist but think this is a better idea.
What items do you seem to forget when attending a festival?
In the past I have forgot...

Never know when you're gonna need dry ones. Or even warm ones. I have frozen my ass off on the 4th of July. No matter what the weather forecast, I never camp anymore without Smartwools, base layers and liquor.Socks dude. It never fails. I have forgotten to pack extra socks every year.

You'd think I would learn. It's not even limited to Lockn, anytime we go anywhere I forget socks. I'm a barefoot or sandals gal but hubby likes socks. If he'd pack his own bag we'd have plenty.... youre right though. Once that cold evening air sets in those socks are a game changer. I've been known to make heady late night trades for socks hahaha

When I backpack I use the storage bag for my sleeping bag and stuff my fleece and other non-used clothes in as a pillowalways a pillow. Booze and a pile of dirty clothes are a serviceable substitute tho

We didn't have enough caffeine last year for some reason. We will be bringing ice coffees this year. Also, while planning for our big backpack trip to Texas earlier this year I was looking for some good trail options. I stumbled upon a recommendation for these instant coffee packs. You get 100 for $20 and they already have the cream and sugar in them. If you don't like pretty sweet coffee, these are not for you, but they taste good and wake me up. Given their sweetness, they would definitely work for an ice coffee too. I use them as emergency rations at the house when we run out of the real thing of have to get up and leave the house so quickly I don't want to make the tea I usually drink.

Maybe print a stack and tape them to the units? Even though it's full of technical jargon.
The problems with the "solution" is that first, no one wants to touch the lid to raise or lower (which also puts the seats in peril) and second, when there is constant use, raising and closing between users will have little intended effect.
