Great spot to meet, looks like a winner. Still debating driving up Wednesday night. Looked to see if I could get the same motel room as last year but the $40 price tag had almost doubled. Just gonna play by ear till we nail down a time to meet.
What time works for everyone? I think Pat and Vinnie are the furthest away.

What time are you guys thinking about meeting up to go in? The VIP Near Car Camping set-up for the Reunion was a bit different than past Roosterwalks. They actually had sites marked out. Wonder if they will do that again or go back to the usual free-for-all set up.

I wondered the same thing but figure if they were going to mark them out for the smaller reunion then they surely will for the main fest. The VIP Near Car Camping set-up for the Reunion was a bit different than past Roosterwalks. They actually had sites marked out. Looks like first band isn't till 5pm on Thursday so we have plenty of time. Maybe an unofficial meetup is in order after we're all in and set up.

We were planning on leaving early Thursday morning but can leave Wednesday night and hotel it if that doesn’t work for everyone.
We’re about 5 hours out.

Weather is starting to look up. I feel like Sat is going to be a sunny, humid mess though. I was hoping to get together sooner than 11 or 12. I was thinking more like 8 or 9, but we can compromise.

If we were to do that, I would be arriving very late on Wed evening 10-11pm- but that would allow me to join everyone in rolling into the venue as early as possible on Thursday morning - as well as having a shot at staying awake for Fruition.
I would love to be part of the compound and I don't want to hold everyone up if they are ready to roll into the venue and start setting up.

It can be difficult coordinating everyone. I'm a believer in first in line, whatever it takes. It has worked for me every year. Worst case is you get in early, set up your compound, and just chill/nap whatever until things get going. Even though I basically know exactly where Jonesville will be parked, I'll still be in line at 8:30 Thursday, 30 minutes before gates open.
Maybe you guys could host the unofficial m&g since you'll have the largest compound. If not you know Jonesville is always down...

The "near car" camping is in a small field just up from the main stage and close to the pine Grove stage. There are some trees along the back edge and one area for tent only under the trees.Count me in. Send me the info. The Mrs. has a work event on wed evening so we will have to leave the morning of - can leave as early as possible tho and I’ll pack out on Wednesday so all i have to do is get her loaded in the car and roll on
