It is the same weekend as the other new "blue highway fest" that I was planning on going to, in big stone gap. Some crossover but much more my style lineup for a little more travel and money at the caverns. Plus I have wanted to go there for years to see a show.

I did look at some pictures - not very good - and did not see baffles or any sound absorbing materials in use, but possibly just did not see them.

Thank you. I was looking at the seating and I’ll bet if I want to dance I’ll have to go back to GA but I might get VIP just to have a seat when I want it. As this unfolds we’ll make a plan to get together

According to the picture you get a nice huge field all to yourself for camping. (picture from the cavefest web site showing camping)

It does seem like a cool place to see a show. DSO is coming up in May, but its probably too far a drive for me to really consider.
