Yup, I pretty much love everything about the schedule.
I even like the 1 hr. SCI shows...I like SCI and was excited to see them but thought 6-8 hours was more than enough. This is even better.

Phil for 4.5 hours is amazing news. of course the staggered late-night stages is great news... but I wonder if they'll actually start the exact minute the main stage ends. means either sprinting over there the second the headliner steps off stage and maybe seeing the late act walk on stage...or just missing either the first or last song from your less-preferred stage.

I will probably take the opening late night set to rest up at camp for a minute before getting ready for the last call.

Pros
Contrary to conventional wisdom, latenight sets will not directly conflict with one another. There is a 30 minute overlap on Saturday, and unless you're Kurt Wagner, you're going to miss some of one set each night, but at least you can catch one full set and a portion of another.
Phil & Friends have (a well deserved) 2.5 hour slot on Friday!
If you were unhappy with "too much cheese," they must have heard you, because all four SCI sets are slated for a single hour.
The Allman Brothers Band also have a 2.5 hour slot!!!! Best news of the schedule as far as I'm concerned. We should be getting a ton of stuff in addition to At Fillmore East
Cons
Contrary to conventional wisdom, latenight sets will not directly conflict with one another. I anticipate these shows to be crowded as shit.
If you were happy with 4 sets of Cheese, you're probably disappointed by their one hour sets.
Speaking of one hour sets - Umphrey's? I thought they were a lock to get at least 90 minutes . . . especially since Wilco seems important enough to get two 90 minute sets.
Latenight sets are scheduled to start the very minute the main stage is scheduled to end. Considering the distance between the two stages, I'm basically qualifying this as an overlap.
Keller Williams only gets 45 minutes each morning. This is the worst news of the schedule as far as I'm concerned. 45 minutes? My feet will barely be warmed-up when his set ends. Three Keller sets was one of the biggest draws for me this year. But when you add all three sets together, you won't even have the amount of time that Keller plays in a single solo show.
Questions/Concerns
Will the headliners still run "late" each night, as they did last year?
If so, they're going to spoil the Triangle sets. Suppose Phil plays a mere 15 minutes past 12:00. Couple that with the 15 minute walk to the Triangle Stage and you're going to miss half of Derek and Susan's set. That isn't a choice I want to have to make and I really don't want that kind of anxiety introduced into the height of my day.
Last year we got a minimum of one hour from each band, a lot of 90 minute sets and a decent number of 2 hour sets. This year really shook-up the formula, with a lot more one hour sets and even a few that are only 30 or 45 minutes. I really hope this isn't a sign of things to come. I'd rather have less bands on the schedule and get longer sets.
