Will we get a full lineup announcement before 3/11?

My prediction, based on absolutely nothing, is a few more bands will be announced, but that'll be it for now.

Agree with chinatown. Plus if you think about it from a marketing point of view, the smart thing now is to trickle a few names at a time to see how it effects ticket sales.

For example they could announce Dead & Co and end up selling 200 tickets right after the announcement. So Shapiro would reason, "Hmmm, those guys aren't as big of a draw as I had hoped. I seriously payed them way too much. I will consider this when planning next year's line-up."

Whereas they could then announce Love Canon a month later and people flip their lids and suddenly 12,856 tickets are sold in one day because people are all like, "No fargin' way!!!! I get two nights of Phish AND the band that plays a bluegrass version of the theme song from Beverly Hills Cop???!!!"

And Shapiro will then say, "Sweet. I'm booking this Love Canon thing EVERY year for as long as I live!!!"

Not sure how long it will take them but I think we'll get some additions when they get the web site up & going. They don't have any of the links like news, fax, rules, a line up section that you can click on the band & it will take you to their website. When you see the opening page completely change expect a addition. Of course it could take them till late April or early May, but I hope not.

I made a serious inquiry ,sent the copy of my purchase and they were ready to push the button. They sent an email to confirm that a refund was wanted -- but I changed my mind. That's as far as I got but it was quick and smooth to that point.

I really thought they would announce something before the refund date, goes to show what I know about concert promotions.
