Thanks for your help with selling one of our tickets. Hope the show was a blast, we hated to miss it.

Sorry haven't been on in a while, Hurricane Matthew hit us HARD. Our schools still haven't opened. She only sent me $20, but that's cool as long as someone did get to use that other ticket. And she sent it the very next day. So glad y'all had fun. we are watching baseball tonight so feels like we are getting back to normal. Probably won't be at the CRB shows, my husband couldn't get to work for 6 days... the roads in our community washed out and still kinda sketchy. We're gonna stay put and try to help out some less fortunate folks. We got through the storm with no injuries and no property damage. We had no power or water for about 6 days but we had a generator running and plenty of drinking water. Folks just a mile down the road suffered a lot worse, and just 3 miles away total losses and homes flooded to roof lines. Sorry for going on and on about it, it's just all around us here. Keep those that lost it all in your thoughts and send out some beautiful light for them. It's gonna be a long recovery, but we got this!!

Thanks so much, the weather has been absolutely perfect since the storm left, thank goodness. I am not in Lumberton, my cousin Jeremy is and they still do not have water (but he hasn't run out of beer, preparation is key).  Their water treatment facility is under water, although he told me today it is receding. He has told me that it's been a dangerous situation down there after dark.  Looting and robberies.   A car dealership was robbed, folks stole a car and took it to their home.  On Star (i think it's what it's called) shut the vehicle down, the police tracked it because HELLO it's 2016 everything is tracked and monitored,  the thieves were trying to jump it with cables when the police rolled up.  I am in Wayne County, I just posted a kinda sorta lengthy description of my family's experience in the Matthew Discussion thread (sorry it's the whiskey my husband brought home, and I haven't felt good in a week and now I do and I'm chatty).  Thanks for checking in, doll xoxox
