But Bird is right. If there's a lot of Nelson County folks missing out on revenue from the festival, to the point they are antagonistic to it, they can certainly make it a painful experience for the attendees...

My only positive thought is the fact the county approved the late nights at the planning commission. This is when they could have said f you and they didnt. Unless the EMS change was made after that meeting. Then thats an even bigger problem.

The answer is nothing. Nada, zip, zero. I buy my tickets at full price like all of you. I donate a considerable amount of my free time to this board because I love it and it is my gift to the community. On top of that I pay $6 a month, out of my pocket so that you don't have to see ads on this forum. I also pay, out of my own pocket, the fees for the domain rights to www.locknforum.com. I ask nothing in return and just hope that this is a space where we can come that is free from hate, politics and a lot of that other shit you have to deal with elsewhere.

or capped the size so they didn't have to rent the track, fewer porto's, fewer generators, less everything that costs money. Sounds to me like the "size cap" came first. (i.e. before EMS lost contract)
