Line up looks pretty damn good. Could do without Willie (crossed off bucket list but not arguing about last year's performance complaints), but Bobby Weir! Solo and with Billy's band! How'd they afford the insurance?

There's usually some overlap in acts between Peach and Lockn; anyone wanna speculate which acts on their lineup will make it to ours?

That's a nice line up. I saw Santana a couple years, good show, only paid $15. there was a bunch of his "poppy B.S" though. I love late 60's early 70's Santana with Michael Shrieve on drums. If he essentially recreated the woodstock show I'd be all about it, but I don't want that 80's and 90's pop, rob thomas garbage. The first couple albums and live performances were amazing though. Soul Sacrifice live blows my mind every time. Bobby with Billy & The Kids is awesome. Warren w/ RRE sounds amazing, OCMS is always a good time. DSO and Joe Russo's Almost Dead are both undercards I'd love to see on Lockn's lineup. I hope Keller comes back with Grateful Grass each morning, Grateful gospel was OK, but grateful grass REALLY moved me.

I like it, Santana was good at Jazz Fest Last Year.

Trombone Shorty would be a great addition, so would JRAD obviously - they have been so good lately, I've seen and enjoyed the Werks, Railroad Earth would probably make sense because people have been pestering lockn about them since last years.

I think Trombone Shorty and Railroad Earth are most likely too. I see the Butch Trucks superjam deal, which is intriguing. I want some sort of Warren Haynes or Derek Trucks superjam. I like TTB, but Derek needs greater opportunity for overindulgent guitar sequences.

Word to all above. Being that Old Crow has ties to Virginia (pretty sure they formed up in Harrisonburg)and they are freaking awesome, I had really hoped them to be at Lockn. I haven't listened to any of the Warren w/ RRE but am excited to hear him do something with a more rootsy/appalachian feel, especially with his roots in Asheville. I'm trying to have no expectations on what kind of GD arrangements but would welcome anything...PhilRAD, Billy & Kids, another Furthur try.

Yes they formed in Harrisonburg and played open mic night at the Little Grill. Saw them play the county fair last year and liked them less than I anticipated. Just a bit too Yee-Haw for me but setting may have had someyhing to do with that.
