Seasonal Allergy Alert. currently the Arrington VA area is experiencing a flood of allergens/pollens/hay fever etc.
Allergy alert is HIGH.
I recommend allergy medication for those affected
For a more natural approach. Try to find some locally sourced honey on your way. (must be local) as it is based on local pollens
A couple of spoons a day seems to reduce the severity of the symptoms.
Also limiting consumption of things high in histamines might help.
Some examples would be wine, full flavored beers, and cannabis.
