Just got tickets for Thurs July 2 at Park West in Chicago.
It is a 9:00 show after we have dinner at Frontera Grill at 7:30. Last time I tried that was to see John Butler Trio as a surprise show for Pam. I thought it was a 10:00 show so after dinner was going to work out perfect. We cruised up to The Vic and turned the corner on the block right as I was telling her what we were doing only to see the crowd letting out. Total fail.
Other option is moe. at HOB on the 2nd and then the 3rd & 4th after the GD50 shows. Probably not hit any of those. I think it would be a pain to make it to the shows in a timely manor.
