Yup - albeit not everyone is here, but I'm on Sprint and I have a solid signal (and I'm not in roaming).

T-Mobile had zilch service in 2013. Everybody else had at least voice coverage

I have virgin (Sprint) and got 3-4 bars 3g all weekend. My buddy had T-Mobile and had nuthin'.

We had great service with Verizon last year....but stayed on airplane mode most of the weekend to save battery.
