Came across a new-to-me Little Feat CD released in 2013 but recorded live at a show Halloween 1975. This was just before (and to promote) the release of Last Record Album (and one, if not the, best LF album in my opinion). Came out after the break-up and reconfiguration, when they really added the creole to the Southern California.
Interesting item in the liner notes: Lowell George was kicked out of the Mothers of Invention because Zappa had a zero tolerance for anything drug related and Lowell wrote a song that mentioned drugs--Willing--which becomes his signature or legacy song.
It's not well mixed in places but has a good bar band feel. Has all the great tunes on it, a forerunner to Waiting for Columbus.
