I don't know if it's new, but I'm pretty sure it's new to Netflix. I've been a fan of the Dead since I was ten years old and my parents gave me a 3 cd set (Workingman's Dead, American Beauty, Grateful Dead), but I've never really known much about them as people. This documentary has Bobby narrating the whole time, telling stories of the old days. I'm sure it's repetitive information for most of you, but I found it fascinating. Worth a watch for some of you

Def worth a watch. Have tissues closeby. Film doesn't address his collapse on stage w/ Furthur but I would've been surprised if it did. Bob looks good though. Good bit of it covers him being the Other One in his relationship as the #2 rhythm guitar player and as Jerry's little brother. I won't spoil anything else.

Very enjoyable. Since I'm not the big Dead Head in the house, I learned a lot of history about the Dead. It was a nice end to my long weekend vacation.
