Pics & a review. I want to hear how it went. Good weather? Good sound?

Weather was great. In the low 70's at show time.  No rain.

So is it in the woods where the forest camping was this past year? And do you think they're going to use that same spot for lockn? Because they're calling that the locknwood stage but on the schedule it says triangle stage. I appreciate all the replies and pics y'all are really helpful.

I never went to the forest camping area but my friend said that it was in the same area. I would say that they are going to use this area for Lockn but really not sure yet.

The evening did not disappoint. From the gorgeous weather, to meeting up with sneake and the other one, to the music, I couldn't have asked for more. My hopes for a totally entertaining show were fulfilled. I missed Erin & the Wildfire at Lockn'2014, so it was good to see them. I could see why they won the contest last year. She definitely has some pipes! And then there was Leon....oh my!! His singing & piano skills were spot on. I could not have been more impressed. The only down side for me was the time passed too quickly. Locknwood stage was perfect for the night and the size of crowd. We lucked out and ended up in the "dance your asses off" section, so no worries about blocking anyone's view. Being back on the farm proved to be magical once again. Bring it on Lockn 2015!!

Yes, Yes and Yes

buddy found me soon after i arrived in the parking lot, which i was grateful for. (to any of you, if i walk right past you like i dont know you, it's just because i'm terrible at recognizing people. feel free to say hi, i'm a friendly dude)  buddy and her husband and i headed over to TOO's spot (he found me at the will call). they had a pretty nice wok setup going on. impressive. show started at 8 and Erin and the Wildfire killed it, imo. i really enjoyed their show a lot. LR was good. i went in knowing absolutely nothing about him. i enjoyed the show, but it seemed like he just wanted to get it over with. not really even a pause for applause between songs. but maybe that's just his style. food was good. Carpe Donut was there, didnt try it but it smelled awesome. there was also a pulled pork (with vegetarian options) vendor. dank pulled pork nachos. beer selection was not great. accidentally snagged 'something something mit' which ended up being some sour mash thing. so bad. tasted like gin and tonic (which i actually like, but not what i expected or wanted). i was in no hurry to get into the traffic, so i hung back a little and took my time. got to meet Erin (of E&TWW) at the merch booth. she was really sweet. 
good friends, good music, good food, good night.

Grace will not be at Lockn.  She has her own festival in VT that weekend.

Erin plays frequently here in C-ville as well.
