the serious problems that I regard as a threat are just that: the only, as in only, way to get medical help would be to drag your carcass to the tent, open during concert hours, and present your wound to them.

No way to call any where else on the whole farm
No EMT/police anywhere else on the whole farm.
No way to describe where you are if you could reach help--nothing identifies large areas or specific sites.
Pitch black dark on the whole farm. I don't want flood lights (they set some up Sunday night and it was annoying as crap) but the roadways and intersections need to be marked. My 18 yo niece was lost for 3 hours trying to find her campsite; encountered a guy on a horse who send her in one direction and more wandering.
No staff people at any level had any means to communicate or would know who to call.

Couldn't even report: bathrooms destroyed by wooks, empty water tank at another bathroom, also destroyed; generator out of fuel, causing bathroom to shut down.

VIP campers near me arrived Saturday and were sent to drive around to find our area, but were not given wristbands, and went back and forth at least twice. No one working the main gate or subsequent gates knew what to tell them; again, no one to call by phone or radio.

One wasto working a gate had a radio but wasn't told how it worked, what channel to use, or who it called. His supervisor arrived in a golf cart and didn't know either.

I did see some emt types on a golf cart trying to restrain a drunk chick midday up near the forest, though.
