So phish summer tour kicks off tonight!!!! I am looking forward to the stream tonight and can't wait to see what they have in store for us this year.

Will Trey's experience in Fare Thee Well materialize in this tour? Will we see a dead cover for the first time in the 21st century? Will Mike's scarf match his pants? - All questions will soon be answered.

Feel free to post any thoughts, hopes or dreams. I will be going to Atlanta (x2) and Tuscaloosa (my adopted home town). Also hoping to make it to Denver again but no Magnaball for me...

Last night was much better than night 1. They played a song that Mike Gordon Band has played before "how many people are you" that was very very good. Plus three more never before played tunes!

Interesting Simple>First Tube to close the second set. Bathtub Gin encore was very nice and the first set had a lot more pace than it did last night. They seem a little bit tighter to start the tour than in years past.

The Mike Scarf picture is cracking me up. We are hitting ATL 2X next weekend and then Raleighwood. No Dick's or Magnaball for us. I will keep an eye out for you in Atlanta, hopefully I will spot you wandering around and can come say hey. organized meet ups are not my strong suit.

- after listening to last night I am getting very excited for what is coming. Lots of energy and they are having a blast up there it seems like.

It really was a great Run. Atlanta 1 Set II was amazing, bur really all three concerts were so much fun. I'll be going out to Denver for Labor Day, but id like to try and catch magnaball as well if I can since they are playing so well this tour. Now I need sleep and have to go to work tomorrow unofrunately.
