Hey waycha it's been a turbulent couple of months for us up here. Not pointing any fingers but wish this thing played out a little different.

Season ticket holder here on my side too - going to have to forfeit attending the banner reveal for night 1 of Lockn but you and your franchise of all people should understand the importance Week 1 carries for us! It'll take a different being narrated by The Doobie Incident and that's OK with me.

 I assume that means you'll be in Indy for the game. I live 2-1/2 hr north but always get there early & park a block & 1/2 from the stadium. I'm always surprised how many Patriots fans make the trip. I like to get out & talk to them & welcome them to town. I know it's the last nice words they will hear.

I haven't seen anything yet advertising the football tent like they did last year... Anyone know for sure that it will still be a thing? I'm an FSU fan and we have USF at noon Saturday, which is a perfect time to watch without conflicting with any bands I'm dying to see. Hope the tent is still there!

Certainly not what I expected at a music fest. Don't really want to hear about balls and such and a few days without tv is good. Quite surprised and disappointed. Now I'm picturing hula hoopers and fire dancers as a half time show. Hopefully it's out of the way and an attraction that is easy to miss.

It's not just a music fest. There are many other activities, like WaterLockn, bike trails and Frisbee golf.

If people feel compelled to keep up with their teams, let them. I assure you it's out of the way and you probably won't even see it unless you go looking for it. I never have.

We obviously don't think or feel the same way. I don't don't care for sports but love that others do and know that some might even choose the game over the music but don't have to choose the fest over "the game" or vice versa. Personally, I think choice is awesome and freedom to choose even more awesome and that Lockn realizes and accommodates this is pretty awesome too!

I'm a Colts season ticket holder so you will probably see me do a walk thru a couple of times. Games at 1:00 so no big deal. Now if it was a late game it might be a different story.

There was a sports tent last year. Have not heard anything about it this year. I was a bit disappointed last year cause there were 4 tvs but they only had 2 games on them. Even when other games were going on.
