Camping Items ???

I have about 5 luminaid light that I love. Solar powered light about the size of a pack of cigarettes. Cool thing is that it blows up like a beach ball supplying a nice glowing light for 8/16 hrs depending on whether you choose high/low.

Here is an interesting method I have used at outdoor concerts during quick rain showers.  Bring in a rolled-up sheet of clear plastic sheeting (not too flimsy, not too thick). Takes up almost no space and weight.  If you want to stay dry, you can huddle up with your companions, open up the sheet and just collectively hold it above your heads.  And since the sheet is clear, you can still see through it.  It sounds dumb but is actually kind of fun...if you like the people you are with of course.  If you ever built forts as a kid you will know what I mean. 

After the rain stops, you can lay the sheet out on the ground and sit or stretch out while staying dry.  One time I had more than enough sheeting so I started cutting sections and passing them to groups next to us...they loved it.
