It's been 4 months since I've seen Furthur, I gave up seeing them on the Summer tour so I could do Lockn. Definitely the right choice when you factor in all the other bands that I have never seen before. I bought tickets the first day they went on sale, it seems like forever ago. So psyched to finally take off Wednesday on the jet to the promised land

We have a 15 passenger van. We've turned it into a mini rv. We have a raised full bed with storage, kitchen, fridge and solar panels to charge our battery.

I have absolutely NO idea what I'm going to do about work Tuesday and Wednesday. ..I couldn't concentrate last week, much less this week!! The packing had begun...

I just realized that I haven't seen a show in Virginia since the '80's when I used to drive down from New York for the GD tour openers in Hampton and Richmond. Almost always they were the best shows of the tour with great energy. My favorite is Richmond 1/11/85 which became a Dick's Picks. Six songs to open the second set before drums

It's now been 3 nights in a row that I fall asleep no problem, but then wake up like 1/2 hour later, so excited about LOCKN' that I can't fall back to sleep. But the time I get to the fest, I'm gonna be having the best hallucinations from sleep deprevation! LOL!
