Can't make it till Friday morning. Car camping, will we have issues getting in? How far of a walk is the stage? First time at LOCKN..

no issues getting in Friday. Allow 20 minutes walk but of course that depends on lots of things.

So far, the fest map has been different each year. We don't actually know how far a walk it is, except to say that it can't be as bad as 2013. Our estimates are based on superimposing the fest map with Google Earth, but that's assuming the fest map is 100‰ to scale.
Based on that assumption, the furthest point in car camping appears to 8/10 mi to the stage, which is less than half what it was in '13.

Thanks for the replies. Looking at the map and trying to imagine scaling it to a 5000 acre farm is a little daunting.
My last festival was 94 Woodstock. To think kids born then can legally drink now is a little crazy
!
