Questions about Family Car Camping Area??

We were in the Family camping last year. It was pretty mellow but we generally didn't show up to our site until around 2AM. Pretty sure that it is for families i.e. Parents with children, but I did see some people there that did not have children they seemed to come in on Saturday perhaps when everything else was beginning to fill up. Otherwise it seems as though everyone else had children with them. I think that the intention is to have a quieter place for children.
