Some questions: Wagon and Hammocks

My folding wagon was stolen at Peach, but it didn't make it 40 yards in the rocky parking lot before the front wheel was damaged. (Suckers! They stole a damaged wagon...)

It seems from my experience (and a bunch of others at Peach), the weakest link is the wheels and the forks on which they are mounted. Wide large wheels are necessary for uneven terrain. Thick heavy steel is needed for the forks, but is not used in most models. It was the forks that bent dragging the wagon over dips and rocks on my wagon.  (The post-accident DOT investigation and wagon data recorder information reveal that the front wheel hit a rut, turned sideways, and the weight of the load coupled with the forward pulling force were to much lateral force for the fork to bear and it bent.  So one front wheel was at an angle not vertical.

The strength in the forks is load bearing (the weight of the load pushing down) and fore-and-aft - they (most that I observed) have very little lateral strength. (Which normally is not needed - unless you hit a rock or a rut.)

So I am looking for suggestions for a replacement wagon.

My (almost impossible) requirements:

Wide wheels (Over 1")
Heavy Duty steel on the wheel forks. (Not thin, bent steel)
Weight (preferably under 50 lbs)
Under or near $100.
Must fold up. (I have 0 storage space.)
Light as possible but still be rugged.

I love the wheels on the Gorilla carts, but they don't fold up.

LOL, while I was searching for a replacement I saw the camo ones.  Now I know why they cost $4 more than the other colors...

Peach was a wagon killer.  It looked like the aftermath of a war...

It's strong wheels and forks that are critical.

I use an old radio flyer that was a hand-me-down from my cousin. The bed is lined with rust. The wheels are thin, hard. It rolls with a loud rattle. So loud that you cannot carry on a conversation, especially on gravel. It embarrasses Mrs Banjer and the Banjettes to the point that they won’t walk next to me. It has none of the features mentioned in this thread. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
