it can be used as a weapon obviously. I'm thinking yes. However this begs the question. Is Chuck Norris banned from lockn as he in of himself is a weapon.

Anecdotal, but we've never had a problem with one at any fest, but that could be luck. Also, campgrounds are full of mallets, so if yours gets pinched you can easily borrow.

first year they were all TSA about this stuff; last year very casual. My trailer hitch will do if they want my mallet (which is hard as iron).
