Count me as the other guy that's seen them. I like them well enough but not to the level of southernman or some of my friends here in Raleigh. You'll have to come to Raleigh and catch a show at Lincoln. I can introduce you to the other half of the audience that you don't already know that are at every Yarn show.

I probably won't make the July 4th show...maybe if it was on a weekend.

Just saw they were announced for a Beer festival in Clayton, along w/ the Black Lillies (and I think Big Something as well) sometime in October. That one is intriguing. I used to live just outside Clayton so I could get to see some old friends. It's also a great lineup

I am in touch w/ a pretty big contingent of the Yarn fanbase, a lot of whom I've met and some I've only met online.

I've introduced a pretty big contingent of folks to Yarn. I know Worf and Sue went to see them. If you get a chance, just go...

Just finished Eric Krasno's new album, Blood From A Stone. First off: Holy Shit, the dark shadow axeman can actually sing and its not bad! Listening to this album further spiked my curiosity in Kraz's future with Soulive and Lettuce. This was a pretty redefining and refined sound from his group work imho. Enjoyed it for the blues-jazz-pop album it is.

Excited to have Kraz back at Lockn'!
