I think State of the Art is probably the best song on either of his albums, but I think this one is better overall than ROG&L, for me at least.

It looks like he doesnt play any MMJ in his setlists. I will have to get acquainted as well. I am only seeing two albums, is that it?

I left Wilco to see the end of his set at Bonaroo when touring for the first solo. I hadn't learned the new album, so was kind of bored. Then he cranked it up to 11 for the last two songs, didn't even recognize them, but best song of the fest. He's just a bad ass.

Editors note: my flight got cancellled so I rented a car and am drinking bourbon in WV somewhere. Did rent a Charger though and got it up to 120. I drive a Prius.

So I've really been listening to some MMJ, and of course Stoutmonsters suggestion of Jim James. I do like almost all of his latest release, but I just love the way he uses distortion to enhance both his voice & instruments. I HATE distortion, but his creative use of it is pretty unusual. Love this video.
