First and foremost I hope everyone stays save through the storm, whatever form it takes, and you have no damage from it.
In pre-fest discussions about "what's the weather like there" I have always included, as a possible scene, the effects of a passing hurricane/tropical storm or socked-in Northeaster. Now, we have the socked in Northeaster, and three primary possibilities of a storm to follow immediately. Unlike the typical summer sudden thunderstorms (including the freaky one Wednesday, the two Saturday night, and last year's evacuation storm) we'll see the "socked-in rain."
This kind of rain usually would not cause a cancellation, but just create a soggy mess. However, this particular system could cause the kind of flooding that would shut down the event.
It would be great if some of our local eyes and ears could tell us how this weather affect the farm itself and what it would be like on top of 20,000 campers.
