Thought I would post some lineups from other fests, both upcoming and recent past. Just looking to see if they are Lockn worthy or what it would take to make them so. They are in no particular order or significance. Fell free to add other lineups or whatever.

2015 All Good Music Festival in Summit Point, WV
We used to go to All Good when it was at Marvin's Mountain in WV and the first one at Buckeye Lake in OH but that was it.

Peach Festival in Montage Mountain, NY had this for the 2015 edition.
Again with the camping on the side of a mountain. Plus Scranton but I think there is a water park.

Check out Okeechobee for march 2016, there's a new years home team rally fest in Florida that is cheap coming up. Lockn worthy? Well, not sure what that is. Lockn has kind of a dead/ older band vibe. I'd say mtn jam, wanee compare, maybe peach fest.
