So I know that repeating songs on consecutive nights is strictly forbidden. Especially on two or more night runs in the same city. But what about for official live recording purposes? What if your favorite band, let’s call them, Plobert Rant, was recording material for a live album. The first night they played an okay version of “Yes! Only if they do the set list in reverse order on night two.

Sorry to disappoint, but Robert Plant would not be invited to Doolfest. Dool has never been a big Zepplin fan. I did watch some of 2nd night last year to get some pics and videos for my son. But I do appreciate your point and I somewhat agree. I actually saw the Grateful Dead play Promiseland on the 1st and 3rd night in Landover, I think 1988. I think closed first set night one and played as 2nd song on the third night.
