AllGood 2016?

I'm pretty sure that if this were going to happen this year something (at least dates) would have been announced by now.

Moedown took a hiatus last year and they didn't come back this year either.

Just my opinion, but I think a hiatus is a really bad sign...

I woulld say that All Good is done. Vibes probably benefits from this and I expect them to return. But they will need a solid showing to come back the following year. Wakarussa apparently had severe internal problems. Not sure if they recover or not.

I mostly agree. But there was always a Vibes or All Good decision that people had to make. If All Good is truly gone I think that if Vibes announces for next year they have a chance. People are habitual but Vibes has a LONG history and is the only primarily Dead focused fest in the NE versus Peach's ABB feel.

Oddly, this is the year that Gathering of the Vibes would have made a lot of sense for us. I guess we must be carrying some bad festy karma around with us this year.

you could pool your resources and come up with something, but i doubt multi millionaire promoters need to rent anything. i wish more people with large amounts of resources would do more, like these promoters talk about sustainability and keeping the vibe going, but they don't, just corral massive amounts of people once a year and have huge hay fields without any crops, because they are possibly fat liars and could care less what common minions do between festivals. of course some people feel like they are on the team, have a better paying job than most scruffers, your own rv, a super vip ticket, and act accordingly. if i could afford several acres, you better believe it would be a hippie encampment extraordinaire, except it wouldn't have to be hippies per se, anyone who needs a free place to live and wants to eat fruit from a tree. it is very rare to find that anywhere, if not unheard of. many years ago i saw where the world could head, and it was evil. i put my trust in god to do the right thing, but he took the wrong side. i was a sinner, did many wrong things, but he abused me and still does. these festivals became a major venue of dark versus light, i don't know why, even before i believed in evil and darkness, it was happening. god absolutely refuses to let me live better, to end this mess in a trustworthy manner and a way i care about and understand, so instead i fight this stupid battle here. what a waste. i honestly don't know what real changes the world has lived through in 7 years, just come on here reading the old nonsense of what bands are playing and seeing pictures of the devil. i'm writing to you, you may not see it, writing to god, who i know sees it. i wasn't lying when i said i wanted you to boot me and stop this writing, but i can still see it. its a very weird exchange, and i am stuck so i come on not for companionship at all, just seeing where the festivals are headed in this contrived reality. i will try to not come on again, because it is a sick waste, its obvious you enjoy it and i have very serious issues with what created me and what he is doing. if you can pray with your will, or not, pray i will go away. i need it.

Kinda suspected that was happening. But it is sad to see it go. Why is August so Fest-heavy? I need something in June, July, and September please!

This sucks. I never made an All Good, but I've been to plenty of the shows they've promoted at 9:30, Gypsy Sally's, 8 × 10, and Ram's Head.

Unfortunately, it seemed doomed due to location issues. Although I imagine Lockn' and Peach haven't helped.

On the plus side, I'm now planning on being at MPP July 9th and 10th.
