Thursday Night , Cocktail party fare
cheeses , pepperoni, veggie tray with dip, chips and salsa , potato chips, pretzels, burgers, hot dogs , mini bagel pizzas ......do drop by and say hi

Friday night

Cesar Salad, Ribeye ,baby bella mushrooms broiled in wine and butter, baked potatoes , roasted asparagus tips , fresh baked baguette , chocolate mousse pie room for one more guest as Sneake is already signed up for this

Saturday night

Center Cut bone in pork chops , green beans with almonds ,sweet corn, scalloped potatoes , fresh baked biscuits , Lemon Meringue Pie

Sunday night

Cesar Salad Fettuccine with shrimp , mussels , clams , and scallops in a heavy cream based pesto , and a dessert yet to be determined

Breakfast/ brunch
omelettes with various toppings and cheeses
coffee
sodas
tea

There are four things that make my heart sing , My daughter , Mr Jimp, Music and cooking, I have no problem with ducking out early to cook a good meal to share with friends , I will still be able to hear the music so it's all good .......we will be in GARV

I have limited space , the Thursday night shindig will be under the awning outside. I only have room to serve two people a night a proper dinner and some long time friends of ours from another website community are coming for the rest of them , on Sunday I have food for about 4 more with the chicken and fixins . Is anyone else taking the festie gourmet route?

Mrs. Worf and I will stop by to say hi, but we're going back to our car campsite to make food. Anyone who's low on funds and/or supplies can stop by and wish they were an Oscar Meyer wiener with us. Not gourmet to be sure, but we go for ease when we camp.

It is the side of a mini fridge and works great. Easy to use and nails ribs and butts.

Can you share with me how you were able to prepare these meals withonly one small canister of propane? Thinking about meals & hot water for clean-up for 2014 and feel a bit challenged with this small amount of propane. We have an RV with two large propane tanks but I understand that those are prohibited. Many thanks for any tips you can share!
