Anyone been watching the HBO series "Vinyl" about the New York recording scene in the early 70's? I think the last episode was last night. Similar to Mad Men--a nostalgia piece. it's not the best but it's kinda interesting, especially to pick out some of the musicians/bands. I've enjoyed it despite some short-comings. And the first episode (premier) was worse than the ones that followed, so stick with it. Please note: This forum is in no way officially associated with Lockn' Festival or its promoters.

I'm enjoying the hell out it. Especially how they inter-mingle some of the music 'scene' within the story. Plus the cocaine benders are just train wreckingly beautiful.

I enjoy this show a lot and I'm not a big tv watcher. New York Dolls on episode #1 and I was hooked. Some twists and turns since then.
People can you feel it? Love is everywhere!
